Research Assistant Professor in Management (23240786)

Preference will be given to applicants with expertise in OBHRM or Strategic Management, but other Management fields will also be considered.

Applicants must hold or are expected to hold, a PhD degree. Applicants should have good potential in research and teaching. Evidence of the ability to publish in top-tier journals is required.

The initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of up to two years starting from a mutually agreed date in 2024. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

The remuneration package includes gratuity benefits, annual leave, medical and dental scheme wherever appropriate.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
