The Position
The position is located at Siding Spring Observatory (SSO), which is one of two key sites for the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics (RSAA) in Australia. The site sits at the summit of Mt Woorut, NSW, and is set within the stunning National Heritage Listed Warrumbungle National Park, around 30 kilometres from the town of Coonabarabran, NSW.
The Cleaner provides high-quality cleaning services to RSAA-operated facilities, including the AAT, the largest telescope at the Observatory.
The role is Part time for up to 21 hours per week and involves working at heights. For further information, please refer to the Position Description and PEWER form link below.
