Manager (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Centre for Advancement in Inclusive and Special Education within Faculty of Education (Ref:527367) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education institutions. They should be competent communicators with an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese, possess strong interpersonal, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills and be attentive to details.

The appointee will work closely with the Director, and diverse groups of stakeholders and provide administrative support in the areas of project management, grants and awards applications, human resources and financial matters. He/She will also be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, plan and organise research and knowledge exchange events. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
